Recently to provide their clients more robust solution, the research Wire team required an interface through which the clients can interact, save, search and maintain the researches they have done in past for all their clients. The purpose for this module was to provide the clients ability to search all the research work and reports at any point of time because sometimes it even takes over year to materialize those reports. So by providing such customized interface the Company was looking forward to provide the clients better service in terms of durability.
We being expert in providing technical solutions come up with the idea to develop a customized plugin and integrate it with their website. The website being in Wordpress makes it feasible to install this plugin. This module was developed with many indepth functionalities like search, sort, email etc. The search provided the clients to use multiple parameters upto 20 like date, keywords, title, category etc. This feature provides the client with flexibility to search the reports with various aspects.
The client website was hostd on Abacco which had very less up time. So we suggested the client to move the website to GoDaddy. But the client already had email hosting with Abacco so we re delegated the website because by only changing the MX record did not worked. So we modified the DNS template to redeligate with Abacco.
The final module was implemented on AWS server, though the website was hosted on Abacco server. Thus their website is 98% up and the end user were able to access the website and use the new module features with ease without affecting the current email setup.
