Malay M. Pankhaniya is the Founder, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer of AXAT Technologies Pvt. Ltd., leading the company’s vision, strategy, and global growth. Since founding AXAT in 2010, he has transformed the company from a small startup into a trusted Digital Transformation partner serving clients across multiple industries and countries.
An Engineering graduate from Sardar Patel University and an MBA from Swiss Business School, Zurich (Switzerland), Malay brings nearly two decades of experience in enterprise technology consulting and digital transformation.
Professional Life:
Prior to establishing AXAT Technologies, he worked extensively with leading enterprise platforms including Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and SAP Business One, gaining deep expertise in ERP consulting, business process optimization, and enterprise application implementation. This strong enterprise background continues to shape AXAT’s consulting-led approach to delivering technology solutions.
Throughout his career, Malay has successfully led digital transformation initiatives across ERP implementation, custom software development, AI & Automation, Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, and enterprise mobility. His passion lies in helping organizations leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, accelerate innovation, and achieve sustainable business growth.
